What happens next

Somebody reads it. Usually the same day, occasionally the next one. There is no autoresponder, because an autoresponder is a way of not answering.
We answer honestly. If the channels you rely on are not connected yet, we will say so and tell you roughly when — rather than book a call to find out in front of you.
If it fits, you get access and somebody helps you connect the first channel. That part takes about twenty minutes.

What we do with it

We use what you write to answer you about iKonekt, and for nothing else. No list, no newsletter, no third party. If you would rather it were deleted afterwards, say so in the box and it will be.

Why we ask about the channels: the honest answer to "is this ready for you" depends entirely on which doors your customers actually use. A company living on one contact form is a different question from one whose afternoon is the telephone.
