Terms of use
The rules for reading a website
These terms cover the pages you are on right now. They are short, because a public brochure does not need the legal apparatus of a bank — and because terms nobody finishes reading protect nobody.

2. What you may do
Read it, print it, share the links, quote it with attribution, and show it to colleagues. You may use short extracts in reviews, articles and internal comparisons — that is what a public page is for.
What you may not do is copy the site wholesale and publish it as your own, remove attribution, present our text as another company's, or use our name, logo or brand colours in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
3. Who owns what
The text, layout, illustrations, brand marks and code of this website belong to Castomo P.S.A. or are used with permission. The typeface is Outfit, used under the SIL Open Font License and served from this website. Product names of other companies mentioned here belong to those companies.
4. Accuracy, and the limits of a marketing page
We try hard to make this site accurate, and we have a rule against printing numbers we cannot support. Even so, a website describes software that changes: a page can be out of date, a feature can be renamed, and something described here can turn out to work slightly differently in your situation.
So the content of these pages is information, not a contractual offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Nothing here forms part of an agreement, creates a warranty, or guarantees any particular result for your business. If a specific capability matters to your decision, ask us in writing and we will answer in writing — and that answer is what you should rely on.
5. Availability
We would like this website to be available all the time. It is a website, so occasionally it will not be: maintenance, a hosting problem, a certificate that expires at an inconvenient hour. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of these pages, and we may change, move or remove any page. Where a page moves, we intend to leave a redirect behind, because breaking other people's links is rude.
6. Links to other sites
We link to the other products in the castomo family and to a small number of external websites. Following a link takes you somewhere we do not control, under someone else's terms and someone else's privacy policy. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the site at the other end of it.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of this website or from reliance on its content, in particular for indirect damage or lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Polish law — including liability for damage caused intentionally, and consumers' statutory rights, which remain fully intact.
8. Complaints
If something about this website is wrong — a factual error, a broken page, a claim that does not survive scrutiny — write to hello@castomo.com. We will look at it and reply. We would genuinely rather hear it from you than leave it standing.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The review date at the top always says when it last changed, and the version in force is the one published here at the moment you read it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under Polish law — which, for a consumer, means the ordinary rules that protect you rather than a clause dragging you somewhere inconvenient.
On the length of this page: it is deliberately about one screen of actual obligations. A public website that needs 6,000 words of terms is usually a website doing something to you that requires 6,000 words to describe.
